Surrey started their chase carefully after losing two early wickets. Sibley and Rory Burns tried to steady the innings, but Burns was out after scoring just a few runs. Sam Curran then joined Sibley, and the two took control of the match. Sibley reached his 50 with a big six, and Curran followed with some powerful hitting. Though both Sibley and Curran got out before the end, Surrey had already secured their win.
In the end, Surrey comfortably chased down the target with 12 balls remaining, securing their spot in the Vitality Blast finals.
